Elevate the digital presence of a leading luxury cosmetics brand. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Global Digital Experience to drive our digital strategy and create captivating online experiences that resonate with our discerning clientele worldwide.

Position Overview: Drive digital strategies and innovation, ensuring a cohesive and elevated online presence across all digital touch points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, brand-aligned digital experiences that engage, inspire, and convert global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the brand’s digital experience across web, mobile, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with brand objectives and enhance customer engagement. This includes collaborating with the Vice President, Global Design Studio and Digital Experience to concept and direct photoshoots to create high-impact visuals.
  • Oversee a design team, providing mentorship and direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless digital campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and content, maintaining a strong visual and experiential identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, ensuring innovative solutions and cutting-edge design concepts are incorporated into campaigns and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a digital design or eCommerce-driven environment, as well as significant photo art direction expertise, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends, UX/UI best practices, and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58-62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
