Our leading financial client is seeking a versatile Web Designer to join it’s team on a remote basis!
You will create visual assets, particularly for developer and merchant documentation. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of workstreams by quickly turning around visual asset requests from subject matter experts. The candidate will need experience in organizing content in a Content Management System (CMS), including auditing existing CMS content, modifying CMS content and structure, and designing content hierarchies (IA), taxonomies (categories), and ontologies (attributes/relationships).
What you’ll do:
- Transform sketches and text descriptions from product and engineering SMEs into clear, consistent, and brand-aligned imagery for documentation.
- Manage a pipeline of visual asset requests, ensuring timely delivery to avoid blocking workstreams.
- Handle other general production design tasks as needed, such as assisting in designing presentations and product mockups.
What you’ll bring:
- Background in graphic design, information design, and designing for the constraints of web & mobile.
- Proficiency in using Figma as a graphic design & collaboration tool.
- Strong understanding of branding and ability to create assets that align with brand guidelines.
Working Hours/Time zone:
- 6+ hours/day overlap with US EST
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.14 to $51.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
