Responsibilities:

  • Design and create SharePoint architecture, sites, pages, and solutions based on business needs
  • Connect SharePoint site with other business applications
  • Collaborate and provide technical support to teams creating site content
  • Develop, implement, and administrate security and access controls for internal and external users
  • Monitor and enhance SharePoint site performance and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal IT to develop and deploy advanced search functionality including AI bots for all site content types
  • Integrate site and document governance workflows and automation

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2-4 years’ experience required (HM will prioritize candidates with closer to 4 years)  
  • Top must-have skill: hands-on experience working with SharePoint online  
  • A bit of AI experience would also be helpful  
  • Someone who’s comfortable working in a very graphic-heavy environment would be ideal for this role 
  • Soft skills include being a good listener, someone who’s prepared to listen and talk about solutions  

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.80 to $48.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
