Title Research Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Research Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of large-scale field research initiatives. Our client is a multidisciplinary team of researchers, innovators, and scientists who lead with science to make athletes measurably better. They deliver validated insights and innovative capabilities to drive the future of products and services. Our client studies athletes as they move outside of the Lab, in their daily lives and environments, using sensors, surveys, and more. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide athlete-facing support through all phases of sport research programs – recruiting, onboarding, participation, and offboarding.
• Manage athlete relationships, retention, and study compliance.
• Interact with researchers, athletes, and other staff to communicate study details, troubleshoot equipment, and provide updates.
• Oversee inventory management of research tools and product.
• Track and report relevant study metrics.

Experience:

• Familiarity with Airtable, Campaign Monitor, Adobe, and Excel
• Experience in customer service, customer relations, and project management
• Detail oriented problem solver with a high level of initiative and ability to perform tasks independently
• Mind for process improvement and documenting pain points to help identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.65 to $21.83 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
