We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to define strategy and govern generative AI initiatives across our data analytics department. Drive AI product vision, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and ensure strategic alignment with company objectives.

The main function of this role will be to build a more cohesive AI ecosystem by establishing AI governance and working with many business teams and stakeholders on AI components for their product goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, and a passion for shaping the future of generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy

Define long-term product vision and strategy for generative AI products

Create prioritized roadmaps based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility

Identify market opportunities and align with company objectives

Project Management

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of multiple high-priority AI projects

Manage project backlogs and intake processes for new AI initiatives

Oversee trials of AI tools (Power BI, Copilot, Azure) and vendor projects

Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as central contact between enterprise groups (technology, business, operations, analytics)

Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on product goals

Conduct user research and analyze customer needs to design feasible solutions

Technical Collaboration

Partner with engineering on technical feasibility and model development trade-offs

Support prompt engineering and model evaluation processes

Ensure compliance with approved technology stacks

Required Qualifications

5+ years product management experience, 2+ years with AI/ML products

Prompt engineering experience with large language models

Strong understanding of machine learning development lifecycle

Experience with Agile methodologies

Skills:

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to influence without direct authority

Data-driven decision making

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

AI certification preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
