You will be modernizing reporting by migrating an existing Excel dashboard to Power BI, enhancing usability and optimizing data visualization. This exciting opportunity will allow you to take ownership of the entire Power BI development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, integrate data sources, design and develop interactive dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. Your work will empower decision-makers with the information they need to drive success.
What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current reporting needs and define requirements for the new Power BI dashboard.
• Connect Power BI to data sources, ensuring data integrity and efficient data loading.
• Design, develop, and implement visually appealing and user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Focus on creating an intuitive user experience that makes data easily accessible and understandable.
• Test and validate the accuracy and integrity of data and calculations within the Power BI solution.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of data sources, data models, DAX calculations, and dashboard logic.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Power BI projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including advanced DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
• Experience migrating reports or dashboards from other platforms (like Excel) to Power BI.
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
• MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND A DEGREE to be considered for this role.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.85 to $50.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
