SAP Finance Data Analyst

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial data processes, collaborating with various finance teams and driving process improvements. Your expertise will contribute directly to the financial health and strategic decision-making of this innovative organization.

As a Finance Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the accurate and timely execution of Accounting/Controlling Master Data tasks.
• Maintaining the Chart of Accounts, verifying and updating information based on group requests.
• Collaborating with General Ledger, Record to Report, Customer to Account, Idea to Product, and Treasury teams to implement end-to-end processes.
• Developing guidelines in accordance with TAP processes.
• Delivering processes as defined by the MDM Manager accurately and efficiently, while also proposing improvements.
• Managing MDM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards, and developing action plans when necessary.
• Serving as the point of contact for the local team on technical and operational questions.
• Identifying process improvements, harmonization gaps, and risk alerts.
• Monitoring and supporting data integration between SAP and other systems.
• Assisting the FMD team with finance master data projects and other related tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in accounting, finance, or financial data management
• Supplier relationship experience
• Knowledge of accounting rules, standards, and regulations
• Understanding of accounting processes and internal control principles
• SAP experience
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Rigorous and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent teamwork and knowledge-sharing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to perform appropriate controls and communicate effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively, delegate tasks, and multitask
• Ability to enforce compliance with processes and accounting rules
• Experience with change management and a growth mindset

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with PowerBI, TM1, Blackline, Tiger, and Magnitude
• Shared Services Center (SSC) experience
• Service Management experience
• Lean management experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.65 to $37.39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
