As an Administrative Business Specialist, you will be immersed in a multifaceted role, providing essential support to various team members. Your organizational skills will be key in managing and tracking various items, ensuring efficient operations. You’ll also play a vital role in creating impactful presentations and portfolios, showcasing your proficiency in presentation software and your ability to synthesize complex information. In addition, you will contribute to the development and distribution of product samples, working in a lab environment and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Organizing, categorizing, and maintaining inventory of items.
• Monitoring inventory levels and proactively identifying replenishment needs.
• Developing visually compelling presentations and portfolios using presentation software.
• Conducting competitive research and compiling information into comprehensive portfolios.
• Preparing product samples in a lab setting following established procedures.
• Coordinating the shipment of samples to vendors and internal teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of prior administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.53 to $28.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
