As a Campaign Manager, you will be the strategic mind behind the success of numerous advertising campaigns. You’ll leverage your expertise to craft, execute, and optimize omnichannel strategies, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment. You’ll become a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the intricacies of the advertising landscape and helping them achieve their business objectives. This role is a blend of strategy and execution, offering a challenging yet rewarding experience for a driven and analytical individual.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic media plans across various channels, including paid search, programmatic display, social media, and more.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and adjustment of strategies.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on media tactics, audience strategy, and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business goals and marketing objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, DMPs).
  • Proven track record of developing successful media strategies.
  • Experience working with large-scale advertising campaigns.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.52 to $52.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
