Partnering with a leading global retailer through Aquent, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital advertising strategies that reach millions of customers. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and analysis. You’ll leverage your expertise in various campaign tactics, including brand messaging, direct response, conversion, and search, to achieve campaign objectives and exceed client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams, manage relationships with media partners, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns.
- Utilize a range of campaign tactics, spanning upper-funnel brand building to lower-funnel direct response and conversion strategies.
- Define key performance indicators and measure campaign success using internal analytics tools.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adhere to best practices throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale planning to post-sale analysis.
- Manage and organize campaign materials within the team’s shared repository.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including addressing internal inquiries regarding tracking and campaign status.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service.
- Implement campaign tags across various ad technology environments.
- Oversee the campaign quality assurance process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Develop proposals for new client opportunities.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant documentation for campaign launches.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team on campaign measurement, reporting, and insights generation.
- Provide regular insights to clients, including performance summaries, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns.
- Provide comprehensive campaign wrap-up reports.
- Deliver monthly auditing reports to partners and manage billing/payment systems.
- Participate in client meetings as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to advise partners on best practices and identify areas of opportunity
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.52 to $52.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
