Candidates must demonstrate a high level of stakeholder management, project management proficiency, high level of autonomy and sound situational judgement. Additionally, critical thinking ability, and effective organizational skills are vital in developing and executing recruiting strategies rooted in TA operational excellence.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• The selected TA Partner will be mainly responsible for recruiting corporate or manufacturing roles

• Provide operational excellence during the end-to-end recruitment process, prioritizing communication to enable outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences

• Act as the subject matter expert and consultant, working with various functional hiring leaders and Human Resource professionals to understand hiring needs and strategic objectives, as well as candidates’ level of experience and desired characteristics or competencies

• Communicates and upskills hiring leaders on candidate and new employee needs throughout the interviewing and onboarding process

• Attend appropriate HR and business function staff meetings and provide recruiting updates, metrics through strong data judgement analysis proposing appropriate delivery strategies

• Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of recruiting plans, methods, tools and processes

• Understands external factors that impact the supply of top talent, GM’s bold position, salary level structure, candidate supply, and candidate requirements for various job categories assessing and consulting on the best approach

Required:

• Minimum 4–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing environments.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms. • End-to-end recruitment life cycle ownership.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Natural curiosity and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to provide white-glove service to both candidates and hiring managers.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with limited direction.

A plus:

• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles including hourly, salaried, manufacturing, marketing, HR/LR, and finance.

 

This is a hybrid position in Warren, MI. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40-42/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
