Talent Advisor

Overview

This role will support our Service and Operational hiring areas.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting business verticals.
• Conducting resume reviews and phone screening to assess and recommend top talent for our client facing roles.
• Extend offers, work through the background checking process, and align with hiring managers.

Experience:

• Must have proven recruiting experience (6+ years) Ability to work high volume requisitions in collaboration and consultation with the hiring audience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.
• Superior negotiating skills Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) Prior experience in the financial services industry a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.40 to $46.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
