Our client’s Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and experienced Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support ongoing campaigns and day-to-day operations. This role is essential to keeping marketing initiatives running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing execution, digital tools, and project coordination, with the ability to quickly step in and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Build and schedule communications in Braze, including global and segmented sends

  • Set up and monitor A/B tests and analyze results

  • Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns, especially for trade show follow-up

  • Maintain and manage the communications calendar

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Generate regular campaign performance reports

  • Maintain and update sales collateral and marketing assets

  • Support pricing and promotional updates including PDF and Google Sheets formats

  • Organize and update the Marketing Tool Kit on MediaValet

Trade & Partner Marketing

  • Coordinate campaign deliverables with key partners and trade publications (e.g., CE Pro, CI, Res Tech Today, Snap, HTA, ADI, Portal.io)

  • Track deadlines and submissions via a centralized calendar

  • Liaise with external agencies (e.g., Sherlock, KMB Comms) for asset creation and content submissions

Event & Promotional Support

  • Manage logistics for smaller events and expos (e.g., CEDIA Tech Summits, ADI Expos)

  • Coordinate swag and literature distribution for field teams

  • Assist with signage and display updates across retail locations in the US and Canada

  • Work with vendors (e.g., Testrite, Protagon, Blast Media) for production and deployment

New Product Introductions (NPIs)

  • Update marketing materials and asset libraries

  • Collaborate with agencies on digital banners, flyers, and related content

  • Ensure all relevant legal documents are secured, formatted, and uploaded

Process & Project Management

  • Build Asana boards and manage internal project workflows

  • Create and manage documentation, tracking files, and asset libraries

  • Support team purchase order (PO) processes and general team operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing support, coordination, or execution role

  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Asana, MediaValet)

  • Familiarity with working alongside external agencies and partners

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32 to 40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
