Responsibilities:
- Spearhead brand strategy programs to elevate brand awareness and adoption, providing expert guidance to regional brand teams.
- Develop and maintain updated brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand expression across all platforms.
- Create comprehensive strategy documents, incorporating input from diverse stakeholders and formulating cohesive recommendations.
- Collaborate with insights and measurement teams to design testing strategies, define KPIs, and ensure the long-term success of brand initiatives.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the brand, its pillars, positioning, and visual/verbal expression, serving as a subject matter expert.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (including international) to identify challenges, prioritize projects, and scale global brand strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for campaign enhancement, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with a large global entertainment company.
- 6+ years of experience in Collaboration
- 4-6 years of experience in Branding Strategy and Business Strategy
- 2-4 years of experience in Brand Analysis, Brand Architecture, Brand Awareness, Brand Development, and Global Marketing
- Experience working with a global streaming service
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $58.16an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
