Start Date:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Global Ag Project Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of critical digital products and features. This role serves as the glue between business stakeholders and agile delivery teams, ensuring that priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and execution stays on track. While you won’t own the roadmap directly, you will be responsible for ensuring it is reviewed regularly and prioritized in partnership with the business. This position requires strong coordination skills, agile delivery experience (preferably in a SAFe environment), and comfort working with teams that use Azure DevOps (ADO) and may or may not have dedicated Scrum Masters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product/feature roadmaps are reviewed and prioritized regularly in alignment with business needs and delivery capacity.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, business leads, and delivery teams to ensure clarity and readiness of work.
  • Coordinate across multiple delivery teams, driving visibility, progress tracking, and dependency management.
  • Manage project budget and financial tracking
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues
  • Provide timely status updates and reporting to stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and track progress against key milestones and commitments.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for delivery-related blockers or priority conflicts.
  • Partner with delivery teams to support agile planning ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint planning, and feature demos — especially for teams without dedicated Scrum Masters.
  • Foster agile ways of working and help delivery teams and stakeholders maintain momentum and focus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT delivery, product coordination, or agile program management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing backlogs, features, and sprints.
  • Experience operating within a SAFe or scaled agile framework.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical and business teams, including those without Scrum Masters.
  • Certifications such as SAFe PMP, or PMI-ACP are a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $99 to $110 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
