We are looking for someone who has a passion for data and comes with a Test Data Management expertise. Someone who has experience designing and developing K2View test data management solutions and automated in Python and wants to be part of the Data tools team that is actively designing and implementing the Enterprise Data automations. Someone who wants to be challenged every day and has a passion for keeping up to date on new technologies in the Data Engineering automation space set new standards for our client’s hundreds of ETL developers and collaborates with the team members along the way.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain test data management solutions using K2View Fabric for enterprise applications.
  • Implement data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation to support various test environments.
  • Develop automated test data provisioning processes and integrate TDM workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of TDM solutions to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test data generation and provisioning.
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design, present, and defend technical solutions to enterprise architects and senior technical leadership.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable with clear technical documentation.
  • Create and deliver presentations and demos to senior leadership, project sponsors, and technical peers.
  • Support project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and DevOps.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with offshore development teams, ensuring alignment and code quality.

What MUST you have?

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) across large enterprise environments, preferably finance or highly regulated industries.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with K2View platform, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Deep expertise in K2View Fabric & Broadway, including working with large scale databases, data masking, and synthetic data generation.
  • Proven experience in creating reusable test data frameworks using K2View.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with enterprise databases (Google BQ, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.).
  • Experience in integrating TDM tools with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to analyze data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and implement secure TDM solutions accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to lead test data strategy discussions and collaborate with QA, DevOps, and data engineering teams.
  • Experience in implementing TDM for large scale Data Warehouses is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Java and Python is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience designing technical solutions and presenting them to architects for review and approval.
  • Ability to clearly present complex technical ideas to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking skills and proactively provide creative solutions.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and driving code quality and engineering excellence.
  • Practical experience working with offshore vendors and distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $66.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
