Accounting Clerk

Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to play a vital role in the smooth operation of our daily financial processes. This position offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the company’s success by supporting essential accounting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Open and sort incoming mail.

• Assist with printing and preparing checks.

• Manage mailings and related correspondence.

• Scan garnishments for upload to vendor systems.

• Respond to inquiries received through the ticketing system.

• Manage financial and administrative requests within Workday.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience working in an office environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with Workday or similar financial systems is a plus.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $18.06 to $20.07 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
