Our Financial Services client is looking for a Product Manager to join their team.
This role is hybrid in the Dallas, TX area (Richardson) or New York City 2 days per week.
Overview: You will be eesponsible for owning the end-to-end product development lifecycle in an Agile environment for new and existing features, capabilities, processes, and tools as part of new product development across Apple Card, Apple Savings, and our client’s organization.
Responsibilities include
• Play the Scrum Product Owner Role, define product features, requirements and user stories with concise acceptance criteria for squad-based deliverables. (e.g. onboarding, rewards, servicing, money movement, communications or agent capabilities)
• Facilitate kick off meetings with relevant stakeholders, as well as PI (Program Increment) planning sessions to ensure commitment to PI objectives
• Coordinate with development tech teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories and tasks associated with new features owned by team
• Collaborate across other product managers and squads to define requirements and development timelines for new functions, tools, capabilities and features
• Own and drive product roadmap for a given domain to meet business goals, and achieve key performance indicators
• Be the go-to person for questions about the product and the intent of requirements; interact with engineering teams continuously throughout the sprint
• Prioritize the product backlog, using domain expertise, customer insights and market research to make informed trade-offs between new feature development, platform investment and optimizations
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors when necessary
• Manage the identification and resolution of bugs with new feature releases
• Provide detailed reporting and managerial support to Program Office related to all aspects of the squad scope
Required Experience
• 3-7 years of Product management in an Agile environment, including familiarity with the overall Agile methodology
• Proficient in Jira or any other project management tools for Agile teams
• High-level technical knowledge related to the implementation of digital products
• Experience/familiarity with BPM and CRM applications
• Experience/familiarity with consumer banking products (Credit Card, Checking, Savings, CD, etc.)
• Experience/familiarity with consumer investment products (brokerage, retirement, etc.)
• Managing components of complex implementations as part of a broad, multi-year effort
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
• Proven capability to coordinate UAT/QM to validate functionality
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork
• Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills
• Previous experience working on contact center solutions is a plus
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to 58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
