We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in San Bruno. This role will focus on leveraging partnership deals, relationships, and marketing campaigns to drive TV and program subscriptions, retention, and Living Room Daily Active Users (DAU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner marketing, project management, and business development, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships, ensuring alignment on objectives and fostering long-term collaboration.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize co-marketing campaigns to drive subscriptions, retention, and DAU growth.
  • Provide input on partnership deals, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Partnerships, Content Business Development, Legal, and Marketing (GTM, PMM, Creative).
  • Report on campaign performance and partnership results, leveraging insights to optimize future plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of co-marketing, intellectual property (IP), and resale to effectively guide campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, ideally within technology, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Expertise in project management, product marketing management (PMM), go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and business development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of co-marketing practices, intellectual property (IP) considerations, and resale models.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign results and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.64 to $75.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
