Our large tech giant client is looking to bring on an AI Artist Creative Director (Content Strategist) for a contract role. This role would sit on the GenAI Content Engineering team.
An AI Artist Creative Director is responsible for developing and overseeing the visual aspects and creative strategy of our AI creative products.
This entails working closely with content, product, engineering and design teams to absorb knowledge, define opportunities, and develop concepts and treatments to bring ideas to life, from pitching to prompting to refining visual content experiences. The Creative Director will collaborate with stakeholders to implement a cohesive visual style, voice, and tone for content, providing visual direction for a team of creative prompt engineers.
This role also requires a strong understanding of AI artist communities on social media platforms, the trends that come out of them and the impact these trends have on internet culture. We are looking for a strong conceptual thinker with solid artistry and technical skills that can be flexible against various guidelines, mindful of production details, and have an aptitude for a fast paced, corporate tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative direction, feedback and guidance to other prompt engineers and content specialists creating a variety of text-to-image and text-to-video products
- Deliver via prompting content that’s delightful, beautiful, and clear, with a high level of finish and polish, to meet user needs
- Generate content pitches and mocks for stakeholders including product, engineering and design teams
- Design, prompt, manage and maintain pipeline of content through deployment
- Optimize content by testing, evaluating and enhancing performance efforts and instructing partners and designers on asset creation, prompting and modeling best practices
- Enforce consistent quality standards for creative deliverables, providing valuable and actionable feedback to artists
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Help develop and improve the creative skills of team members Maintain a constant level of quality and creative outlook across all deliverables
Skills Experience:
- Prompt engineering visual and multimodal content and design systems, like Figma, and Adobe Suite Products Online portfolio showcasing relevant work in AI visual artistry is required (Include link on your resume)
- Demonstrated ability to create quality work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at a time
- Ability to communicate effectively within and across teams and cross-functional colleagues, including engineers and creatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage one own’s hours
- Experience shipping products with stringent deadlines
- Education/Experience: 6+ years experience, with at least one year spent specifically using GenAI tools Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
