Our global technology client is looking for a Content Strategist. The main function of a Content Strategist is to write, review and edit content on all platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent editorial judgment, expert writing and editing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write, edit and review content for our platforms, ranging from creative copy to straightforward, informative text, demonstrating a mastery of different writing styles and creativity.
- Perform analysis and produce reports with compelling, actionable insights for our partners.
- Apply guidelines to review content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with our content and product teams to improve user experience.
- Have the ability to work an extended schedule as required, including Saturday and Sundays.
Job Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with journalism, digital content strategy, production or relevant skills
- Prior experience in prompt engineering, annotation and experience using AI tools
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and impeccable track record of editorial judgment around nuanced topics (politics, bias, gender, religion etc.) to quality control large datasets of text.
- Familiarity with AP Style
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Proficiency in spreadsheet apps (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel) and/or other data analytics tools
- Ability to perform and support basic data analysis and visualization
- Editorial experience in creating and publishing multimedia content across various formats, including text, audio, and video
- Backgrounds with visual experience (photo editing, video production) or creative writing
- Deep knowledge of the social media landscape
- Storytelling experience-Portfolios are REQUIRED for submission.
- Education/Experience: • Bachelors degree required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is 50.00to $56.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
