Company: Our large ecommerce client’s eCommerce Fulfillment Services team
Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Bellevue, WA
About the Role:
This role focuses on crafting compelling written content for our large ecommerce client’s Marketplace sellers. You’ll work closely with product, UX, and other teams to create user-friendly content that helps sellers understand and utilize their services, ultimately driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on content goals and timelines.
- Create high-quality content, including UX writing, in-app messaging, and educational materials.
- Analyze user data and feedback to improve content effectiveness.
- Maintain content standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in UX writing, content creation, or related fields.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $75 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
