Overview:

The Commercial B2B team requires a talented and motivated Creative Program Manager to be deeply integrated with the Commercial team to deliver on the vision and strategy established for our brands through executional rigor and excellence for implementation and operations.

The success of our team is wholly dependent on the ability to execute on the vision quickly, efficiently, and accurately through a deep understanding of our processes, tools, opportunities and limitations and to be able to navigate through this complexity to deliver an exceptional digital outcome that delivers maximum impact.

The Creative Program Manager will lead our Aquent Studios embedded team to support the B2B and Commercial line of business.  The PM is the key client relationship and interfacing with key stakeholders to ensure that our resource team delivers high quality work and exceed expectations regarding KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• The PM will oversee and be accountable for a dedicated team(s) of designers, copywriters, content strategist, and project manager.

• The PM will meet with stakeholders regularly to assess the workstreams and upcoming projects to ensure the right team members are assigned and deadlines are met based on bandwidth.

• The PM owns accurate contractual management of the engagement, performance management of the team, including resolving HR-related issues, and the continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies. 

• The PM will be the lead in transitioning, hiring and on-boarding new members to the team. 

• The PM works with executive leadership to develop, maintain, review and/or disseminate all engagement documentation including business reviews, invoices, and contract change orders.

• Navigate the client’s internal structure, which will include identifying and partnering with key stakeholders on any given project, and facilitating broad communication to eliminate obstacles

• Develop reporting specific to the engagement in the project management software

• Use data in project management software to evaluate productivity and efficiency

 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for success in this role:

Team Management and Leadership:

•Possesses Minimum 5+ years account, team and delivery management experience with a strong understanding of the talents and experience that make up a high-functioning creative team, and how to allocate those resources to drive success on every project/engagement.

•Leadership of teams include providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and subject matter expertise

•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, and collaborate with distributed teams in a virtual environment and mentor all levels of team members

•Exemplifies grace under pressure is a natural team leader and comfortable working directly with clients

• Successful track record in client services: understanding the client’s business with exceptional customer focus, including internal customers

• Advanced understanding of program management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings

•Experience in marketing consulting, agency, or client-side consumer marketing environment
