We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce & CRM Data Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on building and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems that support data-driven brand strategies. In this exciting role, you will leverage global data sources to influence e-commerce and customer relationship management initiatives for a leading global brand in the beauty and cosmetics industry.

As part of this forward-thinking team, you will play a critical role in utilizing data to drive key business strategies and enhance customer engagement across digital and CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce:
- Own and manage monthly and quarterly global digital channel sales reporting, as well as global eCommerce and KPI dashboards.
- Utilize data analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and maximize business opportunities by merging insights from multiple data sources.
- Consolidate Google Analytics property data for recurring monthly reporting, leveraging internal tools to provide key business insights and findings.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to lead KPI analyses on site performance, digital marketing channels, and site feature performance, offering actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Possess a deep understanding of on-site user journeys and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the overall user experience.
CRM:
- Develop and maintain CRM and loyalty program reporting dashboards by aggregating and consolidating data from various platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and CSV files.
- Own quarterly CRM and loyalty reporting, identifying gaps and areas for improvement to enhance the holistic view of customer behavior and program performance.
- Lead data collection efforts from global market partners, analyzing KPIs related to CRM and loyalty activations, including email channel performance, customer behavior, NPS, and product purchase trends.
- Support data aggregation, standardization, and analysis for loyalty program modeling, both structural and financial.
Transversal:
- Deliver monthly dashboards and presentations (E-Commerce + CRM) to business leaders, providing valuable insights and highlights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the internal global team to support ad-hoc data requests and assist in developing business cases.
- Consolidate and streamline data needs across business stakeholders and Digital IT teams.
- Monitor industry trends, research online consumer behavior, and provide insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in E-Commerce and/or CRM data with experience in web analytics.
- Familiarity with on-site user journeys, CRM KPIs (such as retention, CLV), and email and SMS marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and eCommerce analytics.
- Proven ability to develop dashboards using Looker Studios (experience with BigQuery is a plus).
- Proficient in SQL and Python (Databricks experience preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer behavior analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46 to $51. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
