Our Financial Services client is searching for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful deployment and ongoing operation of their CDP. This role requires a skilled professional with strong project management expertise, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of data, audience management, and marketing strategies. The Project Manager will ensure all tasks stay on track, stakeholders remain engaged, and the implementation achieves its desired outcomes.
This role is 100% Remote!!
Key Responsibilities:

CDP Implementation Leadership:

Spearhead and ensure the successful ongoing implementation and operation of the CDP.

Maintain project timelines, prioritize tasks, and address potential risks to ensure smooth execution.

Project Management:

Organize and execute project plans with precision and attention to detail.

Lead project meetings with a strong leadership approach, driving actions and accountability.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project statuses and deliverables.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across various teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Provide both written and verbal updates tailored to the audience’s needs.

Documentation:

Document business requirements and user stories to capture project needs and objectives.

Assess and communicate downstream impacts on technology, business processes, and operations.

Change Management:
-
Facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools by engaging stakeholders and managing expectations.

Proactively address challenges and propose solutions to drive progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management with a focus on organizing and executing complex projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Expertise in change management, with the ability to guide teams through transitions.

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

Knowledge of data and audience management practices.

Familiarity with marketing strategy and its integration with technology solutions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75 to $90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
