Our Financial Services client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting product management activities across Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track program performance, drive actionable insights, and support technology delivery for seamless customer experiences.

You will be playing a role in on-going management of the card linked offers program available to ~30MM US Branded Credit Card customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Management Support:

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of product strategies with organizational goals.

    • Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.

  2. Performance Tracking & Analytics:

    • Partner with Analytics and Finance teams to track program performance, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions, refine product offerings, and drive business growth.

  3. Technology Delivery & Testing:

    • Work closely with Digital and Technology teams to support the delivery of monthly technology releases.

    • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product functionality and user satisfaction.

    • Provide input to improve processes, identify potential risks, and mitigate issues during implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Technology.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile or similar project management methodologies is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
