Salesforce Administrator

Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing their Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting our team with data-driven insights and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

This role is 100% Remote!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of Salesforce and associated tools, including user administration, stakeholder support, and system maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity by managing data cleanup projects and maintaining high-quality data standards.
• Create and optimize user profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights to the team.
• Lead system enhancements, including researching and implementing new applications and tools, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies.
• Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
• Serve as a key advisor to internal partners, clearly communicating Salesforce capabilities and limitations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven Salesforce experience.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly asset management, is a plus.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including workflow configuration, data management, and analytics tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading training sessions and developing educational materials for Salesforce users.
• Knowledge of best practices for data management and system optimization.
• Familiarity with evaluating and implementing AI-driven applications and tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.17 to $37.97 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
