Overview:
Join us a an Appian Developer, creating software solutions that support compliance, AML, and supervision functions. Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure applications on the Appian platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business System Analysts (BSAs) to understand requirements and deliver functional, detailed solutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain software on the Appian platform.
- Engage with subject matter experts in Compliance, AML, Supervision & Controls, and management.
- Perform Appian health checks, monitor performance, and address potential risks.
- Contribute to Agile sprints, using Atlassian tools for project tracking and code management.
Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Appian software development and architecture.
- Experience with Appian cloud environments and designing end-to-end solutions.
- Proficiency in data schema design and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Experience with software testing practices and API integrations.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft .NET (C#) and related web technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (BitBucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence).
