A global technology company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist/Paid Media.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, development, and execution of paid marketing and other marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B test on paid marketing initiatives, such as ad copy and creative, to determine campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and test against hypotheses in search of new growth vectors for viewers, creators and spenders on Twitch.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of campaigns with key metrics (CPC, CPA, etc.) and offer recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness of key growth channels such as email, notifications, and digital marketing channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Legal.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing with familiarity with paid marketing .
- Proficient in digital ad platforms (e.g. Meta, X, TikTok, Google Adwords, and Snapchat) one or more analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Mode).
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Basic Ad tech knowledge.
- Experience planning and executing House Ads and App Store campaigns.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.26 to $36.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
