We are seeking a Digital Advertising Analyst to join the Services Digital Advertising team. You will work on the Paid Digital Media Strategy team under the Digital Advertising Analytics Lead to compile cross-channel reporting data and communicate key insights, offering actionable recommendations to stakeholders. This team plays a vital role in driving new customer acquisition, raising awareness, and educating consumers about our services through various paid digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Strategy and Channel Activation Specialists, as well as media agencies, to stay updated on strategies and tactics that support campaign objectives.
  • Work with data from paid social, display, video, and SEM campaigns, applying an understanding of both upper and lower funnel paid digital metrics.
  • Interpret media performance across channels and provide full funnel support, highlighting insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the Measurement Instrumentation, Media Ops, and Ad Ops teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Deliver reporting support for Activation, and work with Strategy and the Digital Advertising Analytics Lead to provide performance updates to product marketing leads.
  • Lead the development of compelling narratives based on data, driving decision-making through data storytelling.
  • Analyze marketing success across channels, identifying primary and secondary KPIs, and effectively communicating insights to various internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with QA of data discrepancies and troubleshooting issues related to data integrity.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising analytics, with a strong focus on reporting and insights for acquisition objectives.
  • Expertise in digital advertising attribution, measurement, and modeling techniques (incrementality, lift analysis, Measurement Plans, Testing, MMM).
  • Proficiency in Excel and Keynote/PowerPoint, with strong data visualization and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SQL or Python is a plus, though not required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data storytelling, able to distill media strategy into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, working with agility and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and urgency in delivering outcomes, with a focus on solutions.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing analyst or related role, preferably within the media/marketing space.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-61 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
