The Executive Communications Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic communications initiatives for senior leaders within Client’s Entertainment Television. This position requires a skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the Entertainment Industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Communications:
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans for senior leaders, including speechwriting, presentation development, and other written materials.
- Craft compelling messages that align with Client’s overall business objectives and brand identity.
- Provide strategic counsel and guidance to executives on communication strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Executive Engagement:
- Identify opportunities for executive engagement and develop plans to maximize impact.
- Coordinate and manage executive participation in industry events, conferences, and media interviews.
- Monitor media coverage and provide timely analysis and recommendations.

Crisis Communications:
- Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans.
- Monitor and respond to potential crises and issues that may impact Client’s reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with senior executives and high-profile individuals.
- A passion for the entertainment industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of crisis communication best practices.
- Proficiency in a variety of communication tools and platforms.
- A strong understanding of social media and digital communications.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $78.50 – $86.58/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
