Works with a cross-functional team including service line marketing, digital web experience, research & insights, content, creative, decision support services, and the clinical business analytics team. Develops tailored analytics plans to meet marketing & business objectives across business units including clinical service lines, insurance products, and brand initiatives. Conducts 360 data analysis for key strategic initiatives tying marketing performance data from paid, earned, & owned channels back to key financial, clinical capacity and brand health related Key Performance Indicators to inform strategic decision making. Owns the entire marketing analytics lifecycle including defining analytics plans, designing experiments, developing dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights to support key marketing programs.
What you will do:
- Responsible for marketing analytics including, planning, data analysis, developing dashboards/reports, deriving insights, and designing testing scenarios.
- Partners with other marketing disciplines to define analytics plan identifying campaign user flows, key engagements, data sources and Key Performance Indicators for all campaigns going to market.
- Contributes data-driven recommendations on ad creative layout and landing page UX in the campaign planning phase.
- Partners with web analytics to ensure all needed engagements are tracked in Adobe analytics and/or Google Analytics and defines requirements for web data reports for each project.
- Works with service line marketing, decision support services, call center clinical business analytics (CBA) group to identify relevant data sets, align on process and workflows to ensure marketing has timely access to needed data.
- Collaborates with media agency partners as needed to share learnings and insights related to paid media performance.
- In near term, maintains and manages existing unified analytics tool (Google Sheets & Google Data Studio) using Supermetrics plugin for automation of digital data ingestion and manual collection of offline media, website traffic & clicks, appointment capacity, financial and call volume data.
- Develops weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly 360 marketing performance insight reports and dashboards leveraging data sources mentioned above for marketing campaign initiatives.
- Develops enterprise department reports such as marketing benchmarks, newsletter reporting, and other program reporting.
- In future state, will maintain and manage unified analytics reporting via select business intelligence tool (i.e. Tableau, Dataorama, Qlik etc..) and related marketing technologies in development.
- Ensures data quality and integrity across the unified analytics framework.
- Ensures reports and dashboards are tailored for the audience(s) and insights are distilled and easy to understand.
- Champions an hypothesis-driven culture that emphasizes testing, measuring and iterating campaign designs while optimizing for efficiencies in process.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to prioritize a large number of competing initiatives, multi-task and drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working within, structuring, and distilling large data sets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in statistical concepts and attribution methodologies
- Highly skilled analytical thinker
- Expert in A/B test design
- Experience coding in R or Python
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficiency in using analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, other Google products, Tableau or other business intelligence and visualization tools
Exempt
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
