Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to support the strategy, development and execution of the Paid Social & Affiliates channels.

The marketer brings deep expertise to manage these channels, and is passionate about leveraging best practices, building testing opportunities and roadmap, owning budget management, and using data-based insights to drive best-in-class brand and retail experiences and help the client achieve its revenue and customer goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Partner closely with vendors and agencies to deliver business goals including but not limited to driving positive incremental return on ad spend, new customer acquisition and retention, revenue alongside other qualitative metrics
· Proactively own, manage and document budgets and goals for your channels, including forecasting, pacing and reporting, on a daily basis
· Regularly analyze performance insights and make ongoing recommendations for decisions across spend, targeting, creative, to improve performance
· Develop effective marketing plans including channel roadmap, quarterly and monthly budget allocations, creative strategy and ensure it is aligned to overall company goals
· Own and develop processes for seamless management including planning, execution and measurement of owned channels
· Attend and participate in internal, agency, and vendor calls as Social and Affiliates expert identifying opportunities to grow and improve programs
· Provide general support to the integrated campaign planning process, acting as a subject matter expert for owned channels’ performance and requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree plus 4-6 years direct experience managing Affiliates and/or Paid Social program, preferably at a retail brand or an agency
· Proven record of leading and scaling performance-driven marketing channels which resulted in revenue and customer growth
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. You are comfortable navigating across a swath of metrics and extracting the key insights while also understanding the nuances with marketing attribution and media mix.
· Comfortable with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools, specifically Omniture
· Fundamental knowledge across other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, Display)
· Working business knowledge of tag management, tracking pixels, data feeds, data collection and exchange (i.e., 1st and 3rd party data sources
· Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
· A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and high accountability. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable owning multiple priorities

ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
· Worked at a similar retail brand (Express, William Sonoma, Levi’s, Anthropologie, Ralph Lauren etc.), or at best-in-class media agencies (PMG, Gen3, CJ Affiliate etc)
· MUST HAVE performance marketing experience, budget management skills.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38-$42 Per Hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
