We’re looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join the Aquent Studios x Adobe team to
partner with the Lead Marketing Program Manager, Creative Directors and functional marketing
managers to shepherd the team through the full cycle of program management—from initiation
and planning to execution. This Project Manager will primarily work on digital projects that may
include partnerships with external stakeholders. They will ensure that the work produced is high
quality, meets all program objectives, and is delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner. They
manage collaboration by serving as the single point of contact between the creative team and
any stakeholders. Project Managers drive the entire creative production process, from
consulting on briefs to resourcing,, preparing project schedules, managing projects through
asset delivery, and archiving.

What you’ll do:
● Support the development and execution of marketing programs under the guidance of senior team members.
● Aid in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
● Assist in scheduling milestone meetings, take notes in meetings, and ensure they are properly distributed after meetings.
● Set up centralized project tracker: budgets, specs, resources, timelines, status, etc.
● Keep the Project Trackers and SharePoint Sites updated.
● Support the Creative Team and ensure they have what they need to execute the marketing programs.
● Manage the Workfront Project queue and input all projects into Workfront.
● Support in the creation, tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral and assets.
● Coordinate asset hand off to stakeholders as needed.

What you need to succeed:
● Minimum of 2-5 years of project management experience preferably with a background within a corporate tech marketing organization or creative ad agency
● Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired) is a plus.
● Understanding of the creative process and timelines, from initial objective-setting to creative concepting, design, and production.
● Ability to manage projects and teams in a highly matrixed organization.
● Manage multiple marketing communications projects, tracking and reporting on progress and status.
● Negotiate and drive the schedule, budget and resource-planning to ensure the team is setup for success.
● Build relationships and work closely with partners to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans.
● Ability to manage outside partner relationships and steer communications with stakeholders.
● Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve with the extended team, while keeping all parties informed and tracking.
● Identify roles and responsibilities at project outset, to clearly understand and set expectations, while also ensuring a streamlined and efficient program delivery.
● Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony
● Act resourcefully and work independently with attention to detail
● Manage open-ended, ambiguous, or ill-defined projects
