Our client, an iconic Entertainment client is seeking Production Manager to join thier team. The Creative Marketing Production team produces original content to market current and upcoming programs, partnering with third party production companies, as well as working directly with our in-house crew to film material for a wide variety of additional projects.

The Producer, Production will produce Creative Marketing Production shoots and projects through pre-production planning, production, and delivery while ensuring that projects are completed according to creative’s vision and within budget parameters. The Producer will be the bridge of communication, for projects as assigned, between internal teams, key stakeholders, and outside vendors, and will report to the Manager, Production.


* Internal communication with key stakeholders, including Show Production, Photo, Creative, Design, Finance, Legal, etc.
* Work with Production Executive to analyze vendor budgets and handle negotiations with vendors and production companies.
* Work with Production Executive on all aspects of pre-production and production with vendor.
* Communicates all necessary project specific tasks to the Coordinator, and provides guidance and timelines to ensure tasks are successfully
executed in a timely manner.
* Manages and reports all above and below-the-line labor and production costs for assigned projects.
* Follows all departmental production protocols and processes according to CMP workflow and standards.

* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in production as a Producer/Production Manager in one or more of the following:
* Television, Cable, and/or Digital Network
* Television, Digital, Music Video, and/or Commercial Content Production Company
* Proficient knowledge of creating and maintaining production budgets.
* Basic knowledge of TV, New Media, and Commercial guild and union agreements.
* Basic knowledge of Minor work guidelines and labor laws.
* Mac Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

* Strong communication
* Patience
* Ability to lead meetings effectively
* Quick learner
* Great with math/numbers/spreadsheets

Must be local to LA to go into office once/week, and to be on location at shoots as needed.

“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40.50 to $45.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.”
