The Creative Production team oversees all customer-facing communications to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class work in English and multiple additional languages. The Senior Creative Producer collaborates closely with business partners, product managers, marketers, designers, writers, and technology teams to drive the execution of creative marketing deliverables—managing projects from strategy and concept to launch. This role champions creativity, simplicity, innovation, and quality while ensuring that all work is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Build exceptional relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver polished experiences.
- Serve as a strategic thinker within projects—identifying and mitigating risks in advance, and adapting flexibly to unexpected challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for creative deliverables: create timelines, track milestones, monitor project health, mitigate risks, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Approach the creative process hands-on with strong organizational, planning, and executional skills.
- Keep multiple projects moving efficiently during cross-functional, legal, and leadership reviews while maintaining demanding production schedules.
- Define clear daily and weekly priorities, drive accountability, and track action items from meetings and reviews.
- Set up project file organization, including briefs, schedules, reference materials, specifications, and legal requirements.
- Work under tight deadlines to organize and distribute information quickly and clearly.
- Maintain project deliverables lists and communicate review feedback, next steps, and proactive follow-ups.
- Route layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for internal review and approval.
- Manage hand-offs and ensure delivery of appropriate assets to internal teams, including platform, creative, localization, and delivery teams (web and email).
- Ensure post-launch quality by coordinating design support to address bugs and optimize user experience based on QA and build feedback.
- Oversee project wrap-up, including asset archiving and facilitating team retrospectives.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and guide teams to focus on what matters most.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in digital or creative production, preferably at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
- Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale projects from planning to global launch in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with experience working across creative teams, agencies, and business partners.
- Excellent project and time management skills, delivering results in dynamic environments under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of web and email project lifecycles from inception to deployment, with familiarity in digital technologies.
- Highly organized, with a passion for streamlining processes across distributed teams and time zones.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize information quickly and communicate it succinctly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of visual design, web development processes, and user experience principles.
- Knowledge of data analytics and how to apply insights to digital experience design projects.
- Interest and experience in leveraging AI to enhance marketing production processes.
