This is a remote position, but you must be currently located within 100 miles of Culver City (CUL), Cupertino (CUP), New York City (NYC), or Seattle (SEA), and be able to work remotely from one of these locations.

As a Wrike Data Migration Expert, you will be at the forefront of a crucial initiative, transforming how our cross-functional operations group manages its projects. Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency and accuracy of our project data, enabling smoother workflows and better decision-making across product, design, and marketing operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the data conversion and cleaning process, transforming existing data into the required format for our new advanced project data management platform.
* Clean and preprocess data by meticulously handling errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies to ensure optimal data quality.
* Guarantee data integrity and accuracy throughout every stage of the migration process.
* Collaborate closely with internal partners to thoroughly understand their current data structures, formats, and content.
* Efficiently load converted data into the new project data management platform space.
* Work in conjunction with platform administrators to swiftly resolve any integration issues that may arise.
* Provide regular progress updates, proactively address concerns, and offer strategic recommendations for future improvements.
* Actively collaborate with other implementation team members to foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and lessons learned.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 1-3 years of experience working within a leading workflow management platform.
* Demonstrated ability to process a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Superior analytical skills, with the capability to audit, dissect, and interpret large, complex data sets.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at solving problems independently within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication of announcements, deadlines, training, presentations, and policies.
* Proven ability to quickly adapt to new tools and comprehend how data intersects within and across various systems.
* Works independently with minimal supervision, consistently taking the initiative to drive for impactful results.
* Proven experience with change management methodologies and practices.
* Extensive experience in data reconciliation and auditing processes.

* Experience working within business, creative organizations, and/or marketing environments.
