In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to a dynamic team, working closely with researchers and technical artists to implement robust pipelines for processing vast datasets. You will leverage your technical artistry to design and build innovative processing features and essential content verification tooling, ensuring the quality and integrity of data that fuels cutting-edge generative models. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with research and technical art teams to implement and optimize pipelines for processing extensive content datasets.
* Design and develop advanced processing features and robust content verification tooling.
* Provide broad technical and artistic expertise to support a diverse range of project needs.
* Proactively identify and resolve technical and artistic challenges in partnership with research, art, and product leads.
* Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving project requirements.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in building and deploying scaled and distributed content pipelines.
* Expertise in Python programming language.
* Expertise in industry-standard Digital Content Creation (DCC) packages such as Blender and Houdini.
* Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively communicate across engineering and artistic teams.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Proficiency in game profiling and optimization techniques.
* Proficiency in 3D character workflows, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
* Experience shipping products with stringent runtime performance constraints, such as complex mobile or 3D applications or high-fidelity games.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical work experience.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with generative AI 3D reconstruction models.
* Experience with synthetic data generation or other data-related fields.
