We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our client’s Cross-Line of Business Marketing team. In this role, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide marketing decisions across multiple business areas. You’ll partner closely with data engineering, product, and senior marketing stakeholders to build scalable reporting tools, optimize campaign performance, and elevate their analytics capabilities.
Primary responsibilities
- Publish and communicate results, ensuring that timely, accurate reports are delivered to teams with digestible insights to inform the business.
- Audit data/systems quality through regular reporting of business indicators.
- Act as a key contributor on the team in creating business requirements for campaign reporting tools.
- Own and run operations and campaign performance reporting by using existing campaign reports, leading enhancement, prioritization, and development efforts with close partnership with the business and data engineering teams.
- Work with senior stakeholders and product management to propose roadmap and goals.
- Develop prototypes and POCs to demonstrate new ideas and technologies for internal and external customers.
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the Marketing Analytics domain.
- High proficiency in SQL (Snowflake,, Vertica, MySQL or other RDBMS)
- Experience in at least Python programming language
- Hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker or other container technologies.
- Strong data visualization skills required — ideally using Tableau.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful preferred.
- Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Presto, Parquet) and building large scale data pipelines.
- Highly analytical with a proven track record in data-rich analysis while able to translate complex analytics to business-shaping actions that are understood by business users.
- Extremely strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver meaningful insights from complex analysis to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
- Ability to efficiently manage and implement quick-turn, tactical projects as a great teammate.
- A do-er and self starter who works well in a face-paced, dynamic, team environment.
- Highly responsive and adaptable.
- Good understanding of database modeling, ETL and data warehousing principles
- Validated ability to build rapport and credibility, and influence others to get results across a large organization.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevanttechnical field.
