As a Marketing Specialist, you help design and maintain a favorable public image by building brand and product recognition through marketing campaigns across social media, channel marketing, and other projects. You demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign strategy, as well as the related organizational processes needed to bring marketing initiatives to life.
You hold yourself and your team accountable for DEI outcomes—setting clear expectations, tracking measurable progress, and fostering inclusion through psychological safety, inclusive decision-making, and reflection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership and develop points of view and standards for advertising, aligning strategic efforts with broader global marketing priorities.
 - Analyze data to uncover audience insights and new marketing opportunities.
 - Partner with stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns across media and social channels are high-quality, on-brand, and reflect company voice.
 - Exercise sound judgment and act swiftly to uphold company values, champion psychological safety, and foster cultural awareness across the team.
 - Drive the development and execution of marketing communications strategies that enhance media and public engagement.
 - Build and manage relationships with venues, agencies, and vendors for media, events, livestreams, and other activations.
 - Track and report campaign ROI using CRM or project management systems, measuring metrics such as pipeline, revenue, MQLs, and cost per lead.
 - Partner with sales teams to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and followed through to maximize impact.
 - Serve as a primary client contact for medium-scale media planning and collaborate with global media teams to scale strategies.
 - Lead media agencies, prioritizing workflow and elevating day-to-day output.
 - Develop and oversee marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
 - Implement and analyze creative social media content, social selling programs, leadership activation, and performance measurement strategies.
 - Collaborate with growth, content, and design teams to create integrated promotion plans that maximize awareness and lead generation before, during, and after each project.
 - Model inclusive behaviors, facilitate equitable collaboration, and act as a diversity change agent to build a culture of belonging.
