Location: Paris, France (3 days/week on-site, full-time engagement)
Sector: Pharmaceutical industry
This is a unique opportunity to define and lead CX strategy for digital solutions that directly impact both employees and operations in a global industrial environment. You’ll be part of a fast-paced innovation hub where CX is a new function with strong executive sponsorship, giving you the chance to shape its foundations and long-term impact.
We are building a talent pool of freelance CX Strategy Leads to support a global pharmaceutical company in its digital transformation journey. Based in Lyon, you will join an accelerator hub dedicated to shaping end-to-end consumer experience strategies for digital products and internal tools used across manufacturing and supply.
As a CX Strategy Lead, you will define the vision, frameworks, and roadmaps that make digital solutions more seamless, integrated, and reliable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align user needs, product roadmaps, and technical frameworks — ensuring that CX strategy becomes a driver of both innovation and performance.
Main responsibilities
- Define and deliver CX strategies across digital products, grounded in research, insights, and measurement frameworks.
- Ensure milestones are met, anticipate risks, and maximize efficiency across projects.
- Develop and communicate CX strategy plans, rollouts, and governance frameworks.
- Lead and mentor CX teams (employees and contractors), fostering continuous growth and excellence.
- Advocate for CX across the organization, integrating it into product and service development lifecycles.
- Partner with leaders, designers, and engineers to create consistent and scalable experiences.
- Inspire change by promoting a user-centered culture across business units and global functions.
About you
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven success in CX strategy for complex ecosystems, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise contexts.
- Experience with CX measurement frameworks (qualitative & quantitative).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of value creation models.
- Familiarity with digital product management, agile practices, and human-centered design.
- International experience with cultural sensitivity; able to drive global initiatives.
- High EQ with proven ability to influence, inspire, and guide cross-functional teams.
