Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned teams and projects, managing communication and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business decision-makers.
- Proactively address and resolve issues and conflicts, escalating to management as needed.
- Manage requests for services outside of established production routines.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout all project phases, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Ensure project schedules are communicated, understood, and adhered to.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to stay informed of project status and potential roadblocks.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between business and creative teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a calendar for category and home page updates based on business needs.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders when project changes arise.
- Monitor seasonal business needs and identify opportunities for larger creative initiatives.
- Effectively communicate information, analyze needs, and resolve obstacles through appropriate channels.
- Develop and document protocols and routines for a premium client experience.
- Disseminate information about new workflows and developments.
- Onboard new team members, providing guidance on processes, introductions, and necessary documentation.
- Provide feedback to management on project staffing and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to audit deliverables and ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
- Review key deliverables outside of normal production, such as strategic briefs, style guides, and test imagery.
- Identify opportunities for growth and new business within existing client relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of creative capabilities and effectively communicate service offerings.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in account management or client services in a creative production environment or media agency.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook on Mac or PC.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and assertiveness.
- High level of ethics and integrity.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop and grow strong internal and external relationships.
- Forward-thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience growing business relationships, managing relationships with a value of at least $1M.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in building and implementing long-term strategic creative plans.
- Excellent client service and presentation skills.
- High level of energy and commitment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to educate business and creative teams on best practices.
- Understanding of production workflows.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.89 to $55.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
