You will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users interact with their online platforms. As a key member of the web team, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and refining content for the studio’s main website and related platforms. Collaborating closely with studio writers, designers, and project managers, you’ll ensure a consistent brand voice across all web experiences. From crafting engaging copy for new features to refreshing existing content, you’ll play a vital role in keeping players informed and excited. You’ll also manage the workflow of two content authors, guiding their efforts to maintain a cohesive and impactful online presence.
Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and refresh website content for a major gaming studio, ensuring alignment with the established brand voice.
• Collaborate with studio writers to understand and maintain a consistent tone across all platforms.
• Partner with design and product management teams to develop compelling copy for new web features.
• Manage the work pipeline for two offshore content authors, providing guidance and feedback.
• Contribute to new content creation, updates to existing content, and ongoing web production.
• Work within a content management system to publish and maintain web content.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (or a similar content management system).
• 8+ years of experience writing and editing content for web publications, with a preference for gaming industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples (links or attachments required).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience writing for the gaming industry, particularly online or shipped titles.
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
• UX/UI writing background.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools.

Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.66 to $55.18 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
