This is a US-based remote position (preference for EST hour due to international meetings). It will start as a 9 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.
On the Web Team for our client’s gaming studio, experimentation is at the core of how we operate: from large-scale releases to UX optimizations, our goal is to achieve significant positive impact with maximum confidence. As a TPM, you will work with Adobe Experience Manager and web application project delivery. This role will act in a TPM role managing Web Team project work for front end experience delivery on the main website for the gaming studio, platform level enhancements, and compliance work associated with our Web properties.
We are looking for a seasoned TPM who has experience with Adobe Experience Manager and web-based project delivery. This role will act in a TPM role managing Web Team project work for front end experience delivery on the main website, platform level enhancements, and compliance work associated with our Web properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project roadmap for the studio’s main website and related web properties.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to plan and execute projects in three-month increments.
- Optimize front-end technology and back-end architecture in partnership with developers and engineering teams.
- Oversee the building and release of website feature sets.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Communicate project requirements and deliverables to engineers and business stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks.
- Run experimentation and A/B testing on the web platform.
- Analyze data from analytics platforms to inform website improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management for web-based platforms/applications.
- 7+ years of experience running A/B testing on web or similar application platforms.
- 7+ years of experience with data analytics platforms and data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile).
- Experience with automated testing tools and concepts.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63 to $70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
