You’ll orchestrate the production of high-quality creative materials, collaborating with talented designers, formatters, and video production teams. This role requires a blend of creative expertise and project management prowess. You’ll be the go-to person for a large volume of clients, ensuring their creative needs are met with precision and efficiency. Your deep understanding of design principles, combined with your ability to navigate complex projects, will empower you to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs and translate them into actionable project briefs.
- Manage the entire creative production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Coordinate with a team of skilled designers, formatters, and video production professionals, both internal and external, to execute projects flawlessly.
- Provide clear and concise communication to clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Utilize a variety of software tools to manage client accounts, track projects, and ensure seamless workflow.
- Troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the production process, finding creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Maintain a deep understanding of design trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative materials.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of Graphic Arts or Design-related experience
- Associate’s Degree and 5+ years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working with outsourced/third-party vendors
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.90 to $32.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
