As a Project Manager focused on Packaging Operations, you’ll orchestrate the entire creative packaging journey. Partnering with Creative Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Product Design teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will be essential in navigating a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and driving timely delivery of impactful packaging solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment with development calendars and key milestones for packaging and artwork projects.
- Proactively manage project tracking systems, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and escalating delays or issues as needed.
- Lead weekly team status meetings, facilitating clear communication of deadlines and project status.
- Collaborate with sourcing partners to manage and understand packaging deadlines.
- Partner with the Creative team to manage deadlines and ensure timely artwork execution.
- Align project requirements, timelines, and expectations across cross-functional teams.
- Manage project approvals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Analyze existing creative design and packaging workflows, identifying opportunities for refinement and enhanced efficiency.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline workflows and improve project visibility.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date project dashboards for real-time progress tracking.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience or related work experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with project management tools and systems.
- Expertise in PC/Mac office software, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in packaging operations or creative project management.
- Retail or product development experience.
- Experience managing high volumes of projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Adobe Workfront.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.40 to $41.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
