Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable cloud-based web applications and services using React, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Leverage your expertise in MVC patterns and frameworks (Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or similar) to architect efficient and maintainable code.
- Design, write, and execute automated tests using PHPUnit and Cypress (or Selenium) to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Contribute to story writing, estimation, and sprint planning within an agile development environment.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, business, and production teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Integrate with various APIs, including internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Master and champion new technologies and tools as needed to meet evolving project requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in React (or similar front-end library), PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of MVC patterns and experience with an MVC framework (Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or similar).
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) and experience with document databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 5+ years of relevant development experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Experience with Containerization via Docker and Orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Experience with Laravel Livewire and AlpineJS.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with automation tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Experience connecting to Wrike and other application APIs such as Box, Slack, and Quip.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $83.70 to $93.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
