Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

You will be the backbone of the marketing leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication. In this role, you will:
- Manage complex schedules for marketing leadership and coordinate critical team and cross-functional meetings.
- Prepare and distribute essential meeting materials, including agendas, recap notes, and follow-up communications.
- Streamline administrative workflows by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures for scheduling and communication.
- Handle administrative requests from senior leadership and team members, efficiently completing tasks or delegating as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative team members on larger projects and initiatives, ensuring consistent processes across the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies while working with sensitive information.
- Take on additional duties and special projects as required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in administrative roles, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and liaising with multiple individuals and teams.
- Proficiency with macOS and its native applications (Mail, Calendar, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with marketing teams and a basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Experience building partnerships and working with cross-functional teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.86 to $29.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited t,o education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
