About Your Role:
You will lead the charge in identifying and implementing cutting-edge AI and automation solutions to transform legal and compliance workflows. Partnering with product, engineering, and business teams, you’ll drive the adoption of these tools, ensuring seamless integration and measurable impact. Your analytical skills will be essential as you track key performance indicators, visualize data, and present compelling insights to influence strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the identification and implementation of automation opportunities within legal and compliance operations.
- Oversee automation and AI projects from inception to completion, managing roadmaps, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Champion the adoption of automation and AI tools across various teams, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track return on investment (ROI), and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data visualization and analysis to craft compelling narratives that inform decision-making.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain meticulous documentation, including project plans, opportunity trackers, and action items.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management, or equivalent education in a related field.
- Proven track record of implementing automation and AI-driven initiatives in operational workflows and/or compliance.
- Solid understanding of AI capabilities and their practical application within operations.
- Familiarity with legal, public policy, or regulatory domains, including audit, control/safeguard management, and legal/regulatory risks in tech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with executive-level presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience building cross-functional relationships.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Advanced understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with data analysis tools like SQL or Tableau.
- Basic coding/scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Six Sigma or other process automation certification.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $92.09 to $102.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
