This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days a week onsite in Redmond, WA. This will start as a 10 month engagement with the possibility to extend up to 18 months.

As a Program Manager on this dynamic team, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive critical projects forward. Your expertise in supply chain management and organizational skills will be essential as you tackle challenges and contribute to the company’s continued success.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and prioritize qualification schedules, ensuring timely completion of critical tasks.
- Efficiently process requests, optimizing workflows to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
- Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure progress and identify areas for optimization.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management.
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
